1. Field Survey Work
Before starting the ministry in an area a thorough Field Survey is done so as to find out any other mission or church is functioning in that area. Being assured through the survey findings that the area is unreached, a mission field is identified at the center village, where the seekers are living most. The Vishwa Vani maintains comity with other organizations.
2. Seekers Meeting
Seekers Meetings are conducted for the keen seekers from the mission field. Seekers are called to a meeting point in the village for an evangelistic one-day retreat, at the end of which a Decision Form and Home Bible School Initiating Form shall be filled in. Seekers Meeting bridges the broadcasting to church planting.
3. Selection of Fulltime Workers
Named after the Bible character Ezra, "Ezra Camp" is the process of recruiting fulltime workers. Application for attending the Preliminary Ezra Camp is sent to those who respond to God's calling to work as fulltime staff through Vishwa Vani.
Those who have the following qualifications are invited for attending the Preliminary Ezra Camp.
1. Salvation assurance, call and commitment for fulltime ministry.
2. Should have studied up to minimum 12th standard.
3. Age limit between 20 - 30 years.
4. Sound health condition for hard work.
5. Should not be a staff of other missionary organizations.
Conducted in each state, language wise for three days, the Preliminary Ezra Camp is scheduled to include introduction of Vishwa Vani and tests on Bible and general knowledge and personal interview.
The short-listed applicants are called for the centralized Follow-up Ezra Camp that would be conducted after one month during when a thorough investigation of the candidates will be carried out. They all should appear for personal interview before the leaders. The selected Ezras will join the ministry as trainees.
4. Field Training:
The Regional Training Centers are at Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Faridabad (Haryana), Pune (Maharashtra) and Bangalore (Karnataka).
The Training is given for one year in which the first 6 months, will be in-campus training. The next 6 months will be field training. During this period the wives of the trainees are sent to Nursing Training run by registered organizations and in reputed hospitals to learn to do first aid and to give pre and post delivery care.

5.Web Concept
A Field Worker and his family or two single workers are posted in a mission field, which consists of 5 near-by villages within a radius of 5 k.m. This is called a web center. As the work grows each village would become a web center with 5 other web villages and thus the ministry extends as a web and saturate the whole area.
The web center normally would become a worshipping center, where believers from other villages gather.
6. Home Bible Schools
Systematic weekly Home Bible Schools are started in the house of a keen seeker, where other listeners gather for knowing the Gospel. Home Bible Schools are conducted in the day and time suitable for the seekers. Seekers are encouraged to witness and opportunities are given for decision.
House visiting, counseling, prayer for sick and evil possession and social activities are the routine of a field worker.
Baptismal Teaching is imparted to those who accept Jesus as their personal Saviour. Truth of the Gospel, blessing and cost of discipleship and meaning of Baptism are the topics taught to them.
The candidates for Baptism have to fill in the Baptism Declaration Form. A watch period of their growth and witnessing life is kept for six months to one year.
Wherever the Freedom of Religion Amendment Act is enforced Affidavit has to be filed before the concern civil or judiciary authority.
7. Baptism:
Vishwa Vani - Fellowship of Vishwa Vani Churches Network adheres to 'adult immersion water baptism', administered by an ordained pastor. It is the regular procedure that the whole family would be baptized. A worship group is formed when 10 baptized believers gather in a particular place on Sunday.
