Church-Based Ministerial Training is viewed in context of entrusting sound doctrine to the faithful men (2 Tim.2:2). It is the way of Christ and His apostles that, without deporting from the cultural, familial and ministerial background, leaders are developed in the life and ministry of local churches and network of churches.

Training is also imparted at different levels to make the ministry grow and to develop local leadership in the fields.
